1. Acceptance of Terms

Age Verification
hit880 requires all players to complete KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh or a valid passport. Where hit880 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and withhold any winnings pending the outcome of an age investigation. 3. Account Registration

One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on hit880. Account Security

All transactions on hit880 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process for players using supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

- hit880 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; hit880 has no control over or responsibility for third-party fees.

Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not submitted identity documents will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
- For fully verified accounts, hit880 targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- hit880 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required.
Anti-Money-Laundering
hit880 applies strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to all financial transactions. Depositing funds with no intention of genuine gaming activity, or using the platform to cycle funds for any reason unrelated to gambling, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant financial authorities in Bangladesh.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
hit880 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed first by its own specific terms and conditions, and second by these general Terms where the specific promotion terms are silent. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
- Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (unless the promotion specifies deposit + bonus).
- Bets placed with bonus funds on games with an RTP above 97% or in live casino may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement — the applicable rate is stated in each promotion.
- Bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the specific promotion terms, within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
Bonus Abuse
hit880 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing opposing bets (also called bonus arbing or hedging) to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using automated scripts to fulfil wagering requirements, and withdrawing a bonus without genuine gaming intent. Where abuse is identified, hit880 reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, close the account, and recover any funds paid out as a result of the abuse.
Seasonal Promotions
hit880 runs seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are time-limited and are subject to their own terms published on the platform at the time of the promotion.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
hit880 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, card games, or Callbreak Quick.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with hit880's games or betting interfaces in place of genuine human activity.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between hit880's sportsbook odds and those of other operators to guarantee a risk-free profit.
- Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or credits to another player in live or multiplayer games to transfer value outside of the normal game mechanics.
- Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or malfunctions in hit880's games or platform to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions. Winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your hit880 account and used for gambling.
- Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using false identity information or the identity of another person.
Game Integrity
All hit880 slots and RNG table games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). 7. Account Suspension & Closure
hit880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
- Confirmed age violation (player found to be under 18 years of age).
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from the registered email address. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, hit880 will process any outstanding verified withdrawals and close the account within 3 business days. Players requesting self-exclusion closure should use the in-account self-exclusion tool for immediate effect rather than waiting for the standard closure process.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). hit880 will attempt to notify the player by email before classifying the account as dormant. A dormant account with a remaining balance will be preserved for a further 12 months. After a total of 24 months of inactivity, hit880 reserves the right to transfer any remaining dormant balance to a responsible gaming fund, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hit880 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from platform downtime, game malfunction, or service interruption.
- Loss of data or account information caused by circumstances beyond hit880's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, howsoever arising, even if hit880 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers that result in incorrect credits, delays, or errors on the hit880 platform.
Platform Availability
hit880 operates a 24/7 platform and invests in redundant infrastructure to maintain high availability. However, hit880 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. hit880 accepts no liability for losses sustained as a direct result of planned or unplanned downtime.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hit880's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute with hit880's support team at [email protected] before initiating formal proceedings.
